About Machine Condition Signature Analysis Training

Who is Machine Condition Signature Analysis Training for?

Machine Condition Signature Analysis training is for anybody interested in lowering the downtime of their machines. In our course, Buffalo students learn:

Machine Condition Signature Analysis Training Course Overview:

MCSA training describes Machine Condition Signature Analysis - saving Buffalo students money by replacing unplanned failure with preventive maintenance. Machine Condition Signature Analysis (MCSA) is similar to Statistical Process Control. A gage (accelerometer) is used to take a snapshot of a machine's "normal" performance (i.e. record its "signature"). Specifically, signatures are usually collected for each of the machines high-wear components; motors, pumps, etc. Periodic measurements are then taken over time to assess deviation from normal. When deviation reaches a defined threshold, the machine is scheduled for preventive maintenance. As such, Machine Condition Signature Analysis improves operational profitability. It pays for itself in the form of lower total maintenance cost and higher uptime.

Buffalo

Nickel City

Excellent choice! Bordering Canada on the east coast of Lake Erie, training in Buffalo offers students an opportunity to visit Niagara Falls. Construction of the Erie Canal and railways, proximity to Lake Erie, efficient radial grid urban layout, and early embrace of hydroelectric power fueled Buffalo's early growth. Since then, the city has shown prominence in manufacturing with steel morphing into clean energy, and becoming home to Tesla's photovoltaic cell Gigafactory 2. Enhance your Machine Condition Signature Analysis Training by enjoying popular after-class attractions like Frank Lloyd Wright's Darwin D. Martin House Complex, and the Buffalo & Erie County Naval and Military Park.

I had an excellent and memorable experience of attending Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt training from a professional trainer, coach and industry expert who was hired by our organization to help with the transformation of company processes. Our Master Black Belt was not only knowledgeable in the subject but also had several years of hands-on experience working on complex projects, solving problems, applying and implementing Lean and Six Sigma techniques. His teaching skills were exceptional making it easy for everyone to clearly understand the concepts. He brought energy and motivation in the workforce and quickly won praise, recognition and respect from management, staff and shop floor employees. His knowledge transfer, coaching, and guidance helped improve several key processes and resulted in significant improvement in company KPIs and customer satisfaction level. I highly recommend him for his remarkable skills, knowledge, passion, and professional approach towards process and business excellence.
